  • •Maintain professionalism in direct communication with clients and job posters.

4. Payment & Contracts

  • •Follow agreed-upon payment terms. Non-payment or unjust cancellations are prohibited.
  • •For freelance work, ensure written agreements specifying scope, timelines, and compensation.
  • •Use platform-recommended payment methods for security and accountability.

5. Quality & Accountability

  • •Submit high-quality work and fulfill commitments responsibly.
  • •Job posters must provide constructive feedback and fair evaluations.
  • •Employers and workers who repeatedly violate agreements may face account suspension.

6. Privacy & Security

  • •Do not share personal information beyond what is necessary for job completion.
  • •Avoid phishing attempts, scams, and unauthorized data collection.
  • •Report suspicious activities to platform administrators.

7. Conflict Resolution

  • •If disputes arise, attempt to resolve issues amicably before escalating.
  • •The platform's support team may assist in dispute mediation based on proof of agreements.
  • •Continuous violations or unresolved disputes may result in account restrictions.
